If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
It may be possible to exchange an item during the week through Rameez at his office, however this should be communicated with him beforehand by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The item/s must be returned to us in a new and unused condition however the original packaging is not essential. Please contact us and we will advise on what details we require.
Please note that if items are not returned in a new and unused condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If the requested exchange item is not in stock, you will be contacted by a representative and a suitable alternative will be offered or we can process a refund.

Villager FC does not have the ability to carry endless items of stock, however we have instituted a backorder policy on most items whereby our suppliers will run off a pre-agreed minimum order. Once that number has been reached and payment secured we will notify you when collection will be made.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all items are delivered within a reasonable period of two weeks we offer no guarantee of availability on the suppliers side. If we are unable to fulfil your order, a member of the shop team will contact you.
Villager FC does not currently have the ability to ship items, we run a strictly collection only service. When your item has arrived at the club we will notify you for collection.
In special circumstances we can arrange items to be shipped but the full cost of the delivery will need to be met beforehand. For special delivery applications please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The prices displayed are in Rands. The price you pay includes VAT (at 14%).
Delivery outside of South Africa may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
The reproductions of colours are as accurate as photographic processes allow. The colours of the goods may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to variations and limitations of browser software and monitors.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to any third parties and are used only in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) act.
